Terms of Use
Applies to apps published by Sebastian Brzeziński, except where an app links to its own separate terms · last updated: 11 October 2026
By using a mobile application published by Sebastian Brzeziński (the "Apps"), you agree to these terms.
1. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the store you got them from (the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service).
2. Purchases & subscriptions
Some Apps offer one-time purchases or subscriptions that unlock additional features. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the store's refund policy. Subscriptions renew per the terms shown at purchase and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings.
3. Content & information
Information in guide apps (e.g. Ithaca: Island Guide) is provided for general information only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or current validity (opening hours, prices, schedules, emergency numbers). Always verify critical information from official local sources.
4. Fictional content
Some Apps are works of interactive fiction (e.g. Orbita). Characters and events are invented and are not intended to depict real people or to harm anyone's personal rights.
5. User content
In apps that let you upload content you retain ownership of what you upload and are responsible for having the right to share it. You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content.
5a. Communication aids (accessibility apps)
Some Apps are communication aids (AAC), in particular Lumen, which lets a person select symbols and words that the app speaks aloud. Such Apps are intended to support communication and are not medical devices. They do not provide medical, clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic advice and are not a substitute for assessment or guidance from a qualified speech-language therapist or other healthcare professional. Decisions about a person's communication needs should be made together with appropriate professionals.
5b. Alcohol-related apps (Nalewki)
Nalewki is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country. Its recipes and calculator are general information about the traditional craft of steeping fruit in store-bought spirits. Calculator results are approximate; check the strength of your liqueur with an alcohol meter. The app does not describe distillation and must not be used for it. You are responsible for following the laws of your country and for drinking responsibly. Nothing in the app is medical or health advice.
6. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify or distribute the Apps or their content, reverse engineer them, or use them for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastian Brzeziński shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
