By using a mobile application published by Sebastian Brzeziński (the "Apps"), you agree to these terms.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Some Apps offer one-time purchases or subscriptions that unlock additional features. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Subscriptions renew per the terms shown at purchase and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings.
Information in guide apps (e.g. Ithaca: Island Guide) is provided for general information only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or current validity (opening hours, prices, schedules, emergency numbers). Always verify critical information from official local sources.
Some Apps are works of interactive fiction (e.g. Orbita). Characters and events are invented and are not intended to depict real people or to harm anyone's personal rights.
In apps that let you upload content (e.g. Familio photos), you retain ownership of what you upload and are responsible for having the right to share it. You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content.
Some Apps are communication aids (AAC), in particular Lumen, which lets a person select symbols and words that the app speaks aloud. Such Apps are intended to support communication and are not medical devices. They do not provide medical, clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic advice and are not a substitute for assessment or guidance from a qualified speech-language therapist or other healthcare professional. Decisions about a person's communication needs should be made together with appropriate professionals.
You may not copy, modify or distribute the Apps or their content, reverse engineer them, or use them for unlawful purposes.
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastian Brzeziński shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
