This Privacy Policy explains how Sebastian Brzeziński ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information across our mobile applications and games (the "Services"). It applies to all of our apps that link to this Policy. Some apps may provide their own separate policy; in that case, the app's own policy applies.
We are committed to data minimisation: most of our apps collect no personal data at all, and we never sell your data. What we process depends on the specific app and the features you use.
Depending on the app and how you use it, we may process:
To provide and maintain the Services, deliver features you request, send notifications you enable, keep the Services secure, and improve them. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and our apps do not display ads.
Where applicable, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the app and its features), legitimate interests (security, diagnostics, improvement), consent (where required, e.g. analytics), and legal obligations.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We do not receive or store your payment details.
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Where an app stores data in the cloud, we use Google Firebase as a processor (hosting may be in the United States; Firebase is GDPR-compliant). We may disclose information if required by law.
Some apps — in particular our communication aid Lumen — can generate natural-sounding speech. To do this, the words and phrases to be spoken are sent to ElevenLabs, Inc., a text-to-speech provider, which returns audio that is then cached on your device for offline reuse. Only the text to be spoken is transmitted, with no personal identifiers attached; ElevenLabs processes it under its own privacy policy (elevenlabs.io/privacy). A built-in offline system voice can be used instead, in which case no data is sent anywhere. Symbols, custom tiles, any photos added by a caregiver, and word-prediction data in these apps are stored only on the device and are not collected by us.
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. For apps with accounts, your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact_mobile@icloud.com.
Where applicable (e.g. under GDPR), you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your data, and withdraw consent. Contact us at contact_mobile@icloud.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Family-oriented apps are intended for use by parents and guardians.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected here with a new date above.
